I've just started my journey in the past 3 weeks and so far have dropped 3kg. The flavours l ordered are yummy, easy to prepare and when l use my nutribullet it makes it into a milkshake. Thanks Optislim with your help and a change to my diet I'm looking forward to achieving my goal.
