After numerous failed attempts at weight loss I've found a balance for me with the VLCD Optislim shakes and portion control. Compared to other shake options on the market i consider Optislim shakes preferable for taste and very good value for money. I keep 4 different flavours available to ensure variety and I'm down 7.4kg as of this morning.
