The optislim shakes are full of flavour and very filling, I also purchased the different flavourbars which are great when I don't feel like a bar. I bought these products for my very fussy son as he has to loose weight for a healthy condition. His specialist wanted him on a VLCD and optislim offered the best range for a very good price.
