For a two year period I bought Isowhey, and used it withour realising the scoop is not the 55gm the usage recommend.Then, my local Chemist had Optislim on special and as I was off remote camping for 6 weeks, I bought several boxes. I discovered Optislim was much more convenient to use and was astounded to find I lost more weight than I could imagine. ( and could have a few beers every night, under the stars.) So now I am Optislim and certainly seeing results. Wacko, - and the pricing is very suitable.
