The shakes are super easy to make and while I double up the contents into a choclate mouse ? It may not be rapid wight loss, The "platium range" tastes great. So they are really like a really nice Choclate dessert as a meal. Plus I dont add weight. Anyway I feel really good and I'm a loyal customer.
