I have only just started Optislim (VLCD) and have already lost some weight. The shakes are super tasty and the bars are like eating chocolate bars, it's hard to believe they contain nutrients and are low calorie. Chocolate fudge is my favourite. Best of all both the shakes and bars are filling, they leave you satisfied for hours.
