I have thouroughly enjoyed the texture and consistancy of the drinks the flavours are nicer then others i have tried and can be easily enhanced with a little frozen fruit (I bought the Optislim Portable Power Blender). I absolutely love the convienience and affordabilty of Optislim. I feel better after having my shake and I look forward to seeing the results in a few weeks time.
