I purchased the Optibiome and it was awesome! Not sweet(which i like) like most shakes out there and leave me full for long time. The assorted flavours keeps the boredom away. I have lost 5kg in 5 weeks (and according to to my dietitian,the scale shows no muscle loss as i do lots of strength training..the high protein in the optibiome is also super helpful with this!). Love it!
