Very happy with the ease of using Optislim. I don’t enjoy breakfast and I am often too busy to have lunch, so the shakes have helped me get nutrition where I otherwise would not.
I am not weighing myself, although I can feel and see that my bloat has significantly decreased.
Excited to see rhe long term change in my body!
