Easy to select, quick to deliver, great price. Quick & easy to prepare ie shakes. I used a shaker added crushed iced & cold water for salted caramel & espresso flavours and choc mint with adding 1/2 tspn coffee & 1/2 water 1/2 rice milk as I didn't like taste nor mix in water. I've lost almost 3kg in 2 1/2 weeks.
