Very tasty VLCD Platinum shakes. No bad after taste. Lost 9kg’s in two weeks on the VLCD programme. Followed as prescribed. Flavours are great! Received a free box of optislim bars as part of a spend x amount and receive a free box of cookies and cream bars. In future I would purchase the bars. Shipping was fast. Overall love all the flavours and quality of the meal replacements. I use a calorie tracking app and am happy with my results. I drink 4-5 litres of water per day as per my doctor’s recommendation and have a bowl of salad per day with this program. The salad is organic where possible and free from seasonings/dressings. I would highly recommend anyone who is need of rapid weigh loss to try this program.
