Opulenza did a good job when fitting our bathroom and we were please with it. Sadly the aftrsales service is not in the same league. If something goes wrong the service is appalling. The toilet has been leaking for more than 4 months with repeated calls to the showroom with no results. As we are on a water meter it is causing a problem and such a waste to the environement. Apparently it only needs a new washer but getting one and fitting is shocking. Think seriously before you order. Disappointed!!!
