“Opulenza did a magnificent job on fitting out our shower room 2years ago (review on Google). They also supplied the goods for our en-suite a number of years ago (fitted by our own builders at the time).
An incident in the en-suite resulted in the glass deflector door shattering and glass becoming embedded in the shower tray. Rhys promptly sent Paul to check the situation for us and a new shower tray and deflector door were ordered and a quote was supplied without any hesitation.
We had spare tiles from the original fitting but they were not needed; the job was so expertly done by Paul and Carl that there was not a chip or scratch on the existing tiles. We are delighted with the outcome and the professional job they did.
We would highly recommend Opulenza to anyone,
both for the quality of their goods and the high quality of their installations.

The bathroom from start to finish was efficiently executed and I could not be more pleased with the result. The fitters were considerate and extremely competant, professional and courteous. I could not be happier with the result.
My frustration was when the toilet started leaking and only needed a washer. Opulenza worked tirelessly with the manufacturer to get the part and sort it out and I was in the showroom on several occasions when the competant salesperson telephoned the supplier. In the end they sorted it out for me during these uncertain times when supplies and labour are not easy. I am very grateful for their support and would not hesitate to use them again. Well done!!”
“Opulenza did a good job when fitting our bathroom and we were please with it. Sadly the aftrsales service is not in the same league. If something goes wrong the service is appalling. The toilet has been leaking for more than 4 months with repeated calls to the showroom with no results. As we are on a water meter it is causing a problem and such a waste to the environement. Apparently it only needs a new washer but getting one and fitting is shocking. Think seriously before you order. Disappointed!!!”
