I would like to update my previous review written out of frustration and give a more reflected review. The bathroom from start to finish was efficiently executed and I could not be more pleased with the result. The fitters were considerate and extremely competant, professional and courteous. I could not be happier with the result. My frustration was when the toilet started leaking and only needed a washer. Opulenza worked tirelessly with the manufacturer to get the part and sort it out and I was in the showroom on several occasions when the competant salesperson telephoned the supplier. In the end they sorted it out for me during these uncertain times when supplies and labour are not easy. I am very grateful for their support and would not hesitate to use them again. Well done!!
