Shocking customer service, scare tactics and scammers. They are charging me £1600 for 3 weeks of electricity on a building that was closed and unoccupied. They have no way to prove why it’s so high but insist it’s correct. When I dispute the numbers they threaten debt collectors, they then send a final bill that I pay and then weeks later they claim to have made a mistake and request another £1200.
Avoid at all costs.
