DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS SUPPLIER! My bill has gone from £6k per annum to £34k per annum. Last August I renewed with Opus, they snuck in additions to the contract without telling me. One change amongst many was a 6 months notice period on a 12 month contract, if you missed this 6 month marker you are then legally liable for a further 24 months at a variable tariff of their choosing. The operator was quite smug as you can well imagine. All he would say was 'Well you signed the contract mate, not me'.
