THEY TOOK £7700 OUT OF OUR BANK ACCOUNT FOR SIX WEEKS OF GAS SUPPLY STATING THAT IT WAS OUR FAULT FOR NOT PROVIDING A METER READING. THERE IS NO WAY WE COULD HAVE USED ALL THAT GAS IN SIX WEEKS. ASKED FOR REFUND SAID WOULD TAKE 7 WORKING DAYS. RANG AGAIN AND THEY SAID THEY NEED A PICTURE OF THE METER BEFORE THEY WOULD REFUND THE MONEY. NEVER ASKED THAT BEFORE. JUST PUT OBSTACLES IN THE WAY OF ACTIONS. AGREE THAT NO TWO DEPTS SPEAK TO EACH OTHER AND THEN BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THINGS GOING WRONG. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
