I love the product that I purchase but this last time there was a shipping problem. UPS said they delivered my items to my door which was NOT the TRUTH. Well after several emails and some assistance from Pay Pal, you have to prove you are not the lying thief before anything will happen, I finally got an email from a woman at ORGANIKthings saying my package has been returned to them they needed to verify my address - Jeez - I finally received my order about a month and 1/2 after I ordered, Oh yeah, and paid for it !!!! Great Products/ Lousy Shipping/ Slow Customer Service-but it all worked out !!! Never had any problems prior to this one.
