I received a damaged package (broken bottles) and expected a refund. I have not heard from customer service after filing the complaint for 3 weeks. This is not a very good shopping experience for the first-time buyer. Overall the products are good. Poor packaging is a big issue for mail orders. I will not recommend ordering Lucini Olive Oil/ Vinegar from ORGANIKthings.
