Experience has been horrible. Evidently the item was damaged by UPS when it arrived at my local terminal and was returned to sender and is sitting in Maspeth, NY. I have called, emailed, and texted Organikthings and cannot get any response or help in any form. Their system is totally automated and I am beginning to believe they are scamming me.
