I never before have given a 5! My 4 month old Oricom , 5 watt, UHF had a 'hiccup' within two weeks of using it in the Fliders Ranges. Was it the cords, the unit or me pushing the wrong button. As soon as I got home to Blackall I contacted Oricom, - with plans to continue my trip through the Madigan Line. It was immediate action and here I am with a new Unit on my table and a paid return mail for my original buy. All within 10 days. Yeah, - unexpected service. Wonderful, and I see it is an Australian Company. Thankyou Oricom.
