The support staff are excellent. The instructions can be a bit confusing but the staff walk you through how to configure or re-configure.

Customer support is fantastic. After having the TPMS10 performing very well on our car and caravan, a sensor on the car stopped working. I called customer support and they went thru different tests and made a decision on the spot to replace the sensor. The replacement was received within 3 days.

We had a problem with our camera disconnecting. I contacted oricom support and they immediately sent out a new replacement camera and we are back online! Really appreciate the quick help and assistance! Awesome!

We have been very happy with our baby monitor and when we did start to have some minor issues with it within the warranty period, customer service had replacements parts sent to us within a couple of days.

Several times I needed phone help as the tyre pressure was not responding. the assistance given over the phone was very good and although took many hours over 3 calls the patience shown by the operator was appreciated.

I bought a baby monitor 3ish years ago with my first born. Had to replace the camera twice due to a faulty port, also have had to replace the battery this year. Just bought a second camera for next child. The monitor had a knock from the baby (nothing extreme) same issue, faulty port. Known fault of this model. Have had loads of issues with this set up and paid, received replacement items over the 3 years. Monitor is only 4 months out of warranty and I’ve had to purchase a new one due to flaws in the ports. Terribly disappointed that I’ve had to fork out money again for a known flaw for a model that isn’t even on the market anymore and paying a fair amount for stock that would just be eventually going to landfill. Thumbs down Oricom. Mums beware. And if something starts breaking in the first year. Demand a refund and pick another system.

Fast efficient friendly service. Had a fault with antenna it was replaced after sending photos of problem. UHF works great.

As soon as we found we had a problem with our new two-way unit, they did not hesitate to get another new two-way unit quickly freighted to us for exchanging. Very happy with the after sales service provided.
