“I had issues pairing the device with the Safetyeye App, I contacted the Customer Support Team, Where operator Bobbie Cable went out of her way to help. She exhausted all of the normal steps & offered a new unit to be shipped. I was to provide proof of purchase. Then asked to return my Wirless Reversing Camera back to be inspected. All very reasonable requests . After receiving an Email from her & while starting to conform to her instructions, She rang me back. Clearly even after our lengthy earlier conversation, in the back of her head she was not satisfied with the outcome. She then asked if I had performed a particular step after turning phone off & back on ? Which the last time I had not . After joining the network for the last time, Bingo we had a connection ! Brilliant ! Nothing wrong with the camera ! So far I have only set camera up for an internal view of caravan ready for travel. Love the 180 Degree adjustment ! Wanting to maintain view of inside while travelling over corrigations is my main concern as I have had drawers open before. I have also seen Youtube clips where people open their van after corrigations & the entire contents of the fridge is on the floor, for hours maybe? Who knows ? I can also see the potential for other uses. Very Very Happy !”

“Very happy with customer service. It was easy to get warranty replacement for the item and delivery of the new item was very quick. Only down side was having to pay for the return of the item.”

“Fantastic after sales service. My reversing camera didn't work on receiving it. Rang Bobbie in sales and within 5 minutes I had a replacement. The quality of the camera is excellent. That and with the after sales service makes me highly recommend Oricom and their products.”

“Oricom make excelent products. Unfortunatly, I did have an issue with my UHF radio. I spoke with the support team at Oricom (call out to Janet :-)). After concluding that it was an issue with the unit, they supplied a replacement unit (super fast). I highly recomend Oricom (as a business) and their great range of products.”

“HL077993 I dealt with Janet. She was efficient and delivery was fast. The only problem was I specifically asked via email 20/02/2025 for the phone to be mailed to my address and it was sent to my Aunts address who at present is in Hospital which meant I had to go out of my way to collect. “Not happy jan purchased tpms10 to do the lap ,car sensors ok with only a few drop outs as far as the van goes forget about it, drops out all the time and 1 or 2 may come back on mainly L/H front and R/H rear, have swapped sensors around reprogrammed all to know avail, have also tried 2 new sensors. Very frustrating when you have alarms going off all the time . Now they are telling me I need to spend another $100 for a repeater. Have just come back from 17000 KLMs trip with 2 other vans, they were both running cheap setup on vans only and only had minor drop outs, whereas my expensive setup did not work the whole time. All vehicles were very similar in length etc. At purchase they don’t tell you you need a repeater as my setup is very similar to most on the road today. Do not purchase in my opinion it is not fit for purpose. Steve”

Hi Stephen, thank you for your comments, in some cases when using with a caravan, a repeater may be required to ensure full range between sensor and control unit. This is advised in the product description on our website. We don't include a repeater in the pack because most customers have no need for it.
