“One of the Oricom monitors I purchased less than a year ago stopped working properly but their customer service team were so helpful and have sent me a replacement. Great communication and very friendly staff, very happy to have a few Oricom monitors in my household!”

“There was a fault with my radio and despite the fact that there was an intermittent fault, it got replaced. It was a bit dissapointing that originally it was sent back to me as no fault found, and then when it was later replaced under warranty.”
