I bought a DTX4200XDV outback pack, I find it extremely hard to understand the speaker it isn't clear ,when you receive or when your talking, I asked for radio check and they said they couldn't understand me, so I thought it may have been the small antenna so I bought a 6db one and it's no better so I would like some help with this problem please

Purchased a baby monitor. Within a few days off using it I detected it was faulty and did not do what they claimed it would do. After several phone calls and ignored emails regarding a return of the product they have informed me regardless if it is faulty I have to pay for return shipping (no reimbursement) and potentially a $15 restocking fee so I’m out of pocket $30+ for a defective item through no fault of my own. Their customer service is shocking too. Would not buy another Oricom product and will sing it from the rooftops.

Service over phone was good but the product bad. I brought the DR350 from Supercheap and it didn't work properly then Supercheap gave me another one of the same and i had the same issue. I then brought a Uniden and not a problem.

Product has been poor but service has been great. Our camera continually disconnects from the phone app and the baby monitor.

You sell me a faulty product never got to use it once and you want me to cover costs of sending your faulty back to you after not using it once I will never buy of your company again no back up service

Camera wouldn’t switch to night mode, therefore unable to see baby at night time. Replacement was sent and does the same thing every now and again. Monitor is hard to turn on and off. Feels really cheap quality for the price you pay.

Unfortunately, the ringer is too low for a partially deaf person to hear. It is not an amplified phone at all!
