Purchased a baby monitor. Within a few days off using it I detected it was faulty and did not do what they claimed it would do. After several phone calls and ignored emails regarding a return of the product they have informed me regardless if it is faulty I have to pay for return shipping (no reimbursement) and potentially a $15 restocking fee so I’m out of pocket $30+ for a defective item through no fault of my own. Their customer service is shocking too. Would not buy another Oricom product and will sing it from the rooftops.
