While the service and assistance I received was fantastic. The issues was sorted within 24 hours. However, I’m yet to receive the replacement camera, nor have I received any tracking for it. It’s been over a week with no replacement, so I’ve had to purchase another camera as I can’t go that long without one. While the customer service was good, the overall outcome here is poor. I’d prefer a refund at this point, at least I wouldn’t be out of pocket for two cameras.

Amazing products - customer service from Nz was fantastic. Sadly Australian team lost follow-up when we were at a time of baby delivery and could not complete their requirement for replacement of a non-functional camera and after a few months I got back in touch with Oricom NZ to restore the process and in our opinion this should have been driven compassionately by Oricom Australia team - in the end once contact was made the replacement camera arrived within only a couple days which we are grateful for but this really should have been dealt with more expeditiously the first time.

My monitor stopped working a month after purchasing, great customer service, got sent a new one box came extremely damaged and looked chewed on ( not their fault) but monitor is very flimsy

We got the faulty camera when we first purchase the monitor in Baby Bunting although they accomodate and take action immediately when we send an complaint email we are still disappointed on our purchase since we expect a good quality from Australian company.

The customer support was absolutely fantastic, couldn’t fault them. The product is not what it used to be. I had a monitor 11yr ago which was fantastic, thst is why I bought another one now it’s really terrible quality

Staff sounded bored and lacked energy. Process was explained, but had to question a few times to get clear understanding.

We have a 6 sensor pack and 4 sensors work well most of the time but the other 2 we have had trouble with. Oricom replaced the 2 that were not working but the new ones are not working as well. We have them on our Motorhome which has 6 wheels but only 2 axles and the 2 that don't work are on the Outside wheels on the rear axle.

I purchased A uhf from ebay from your store. Communication from eBay was slow and for some reason you were not able to view the photos I sent from the ebay platform. Once I called the support team directly on the phone my issue was fixed immediately The mount screws were missing from My uhf pnp.

The after sales service was excellent however the product is average. Only get about 1/2hr-1hr out of a charge for the baby monitor we purchased. $320 we paid. We now know😢

Seemed like she had too much to do at once, wasn’t really listening to me. Managed to solve the problem as we are getting a new unit but when talking to her she was constantly typing and didn’t really seem like she was listening to me

Happy that my faulty unit gets replaced. Not happy to pay the return fees of the faulty unit.

Phone support from Australia has been awesome. The UHF2500 radios have been somewhat underwhelming. Volume has been too quiet.

I'm very happy with the unit but me and a mate he as a different model oricon and both of us can't pick up a few different friends with GME and Uniden units but they could hear us so we had to yous held to communicate with them
