Our monitor's screen, the touch screen part stopped working on the left hand side. I reached out and without hesitation received the best customer service. Will continue to support the brand. Thanks!

I bought a DTX4200XDV outback pack, I find it extremely hard to understand the speaker it isn't clear ,when you receive or when your talking, I asked for radio check and they said they couldn't understand me, so I thought it may have been the small antenna so I bought a 6db one and it's no better so I would like some help with this problem please

My monitor stopped working a month after purchasing, great customer service, got sent a new one box came extremely damaged and looked chewed on ( not their fault) but monitor is very flimsy

My Baby monitor began to beep all night. I rang Oricom and was on hold but didn't get through after 6 minutes. I decided to email them my concerns. I immediately received s return email as well as a phone call. We tried problem solving while I was on the phone and when nothing worked, I was sold they would send me I a new camera. The new camera arrived in the post 4 days later. The new camera solved the issue. Fantastic service. I had had my monitor for 2 years but only used it spasmodically when my grand daughter slept over. Thank you Oricom, fantastic service.

The assistant offered by Oricom when I had a problem was first class, the operators were very knowledgeable of the product and problem solving, I will certainly buy Oricom products again

The battery on my UHF radio failed sooner than I expected. I logged a service request, the Oricom team responded the next day and delivered a complementary replacement battery within the week. Thank you for excellent customer support.

Most impressed with the speedy responce to an enquiry regarding a issue with a UHF radio, also a phone call from Bobbie after I enquired about TPMS, Bobbie answered my concerns with what I deemed to be expert product knowledge. I have since put an order through to ORICOM for a TPMS and 2 hand held UHF radios. Great service.

The after sales service is absolutely superb. You speak to Australians within the company and go extraordinary lengths to happily assist with any issues you may have. I have purchased 4 items now of this brand and am very happy with the products being a reverse camera, a UHF radio and now two Tyre Pressue Monitors Well done to the staff and management

My experience with Oricom products has been horrible. They’re unreliable, short lived, and over priced. Do not recommend!! But the Oricom Staff were lovely when I needed to claim a replacement for cameras, and the process was easy. I received my replacement cameras very quickly.

We like the design and functionality of the secure 745. Unfortunately we had glitches with our baby monitor multiple times including not turning on, freezing, buttons malfunctioning. That said, customer service have been amazing in quickly and cheerfully handling our warranty claims.
