My Baby monitor began to beep all night. I rang Oricom and was on hold but didn't get through after 6 minutes. I decided to email them my concerns. I immediately received s return email as well as a phone call. We tried problem solving while I was on the phone and when nothing worked, I was sold they would send me I a new camera. The new camera arrived in the post 4 days later. The new camera solved the issue. Fantastic service. I had had my monitor for 2 years but only used it spasmodically when my grand daughter slept over. Thank you Oricom, fantastic service.
