“We got the faulty camera when we first purchase the monitor in Baby Bunting although they accomodate and take action immediately when we send an complaint email we are still disappointed on our purchase since we expect a good quality from Australian company.”

“Marilee has been a very great help to me in getting my 6xtpms installed. She has a strong knowledge of the product and as importantly, she had a very calm and helpful approach to my issues (which were numerous). My advice - she's gold! You can't aford to lose her Oricon. “Hi, The service was fantastic! I had a problem with the parent unit not powering on and called customer support, I spoke with Janet Salama throughout the whole process, she was amazing. Janet had arrange for a replacement unit and all the info I needed to return the faulty unit. I recieved my replacement unit in the post the very next day. Would definately recommend your business to others. Kind Regards Stephen”

“Couldn't be happier with the serviced response to a very minor warranty claim (broken volume knob) A new knob was dispatched without fuss and arrived within a couple of days. Thanks Janet for your prompt action in resolving this issue”
