The service was fantastic!
I had a problem with the parent unit not powering on and called customer support, I spoke with Janet Salama throughout the whole process, she was amazing. Janet had arrange for a replacement unit and all the info I needed to return the faulty unit. I recieved my replacement unit in the post the very next day.
