“Wow.. Had an absolutely fantastic experience from the team at Oricom. Marilee was my contact through customer service. I sent an email explaining my situation. 1 of my tyre pressure monitors had a leak. I purchased a replacement seal kit and replaced the small rubber seal. Still leaking. I then contacted customer service and had a prompt reply. Unfortunately they were unable to replace it as it was out of warranty. However I was not thrown in the too hard basket like some after sale's service departments I've dealt with. I however just wish say thank you Oricom firstly for your prompt and courteous emails and personal involvement. Secondly for having a great product. I have an Oricom UHF unit in my tow vehicle and a full set of TYRE PRESSURE MONITORS for car and caravan. Kind regards Andy..”

“l recently contacted Oricom because l had ordered a Oricom phone from Harvey Norman online, and after 16 days, no phone, and no response from HN after repeated emails from me asking where my phone was. In desperation, l contacted Oricom, and the lovely lady l spoke to was most helpful and said she was going to email HN, not too long after that l received notification that they were refunding my money, only problem is l had since cancelled my card. l would recommend Oricom to anyone for their care and support.”
