“Sam helped me solve the issue I was having with my Oricom TV7400. She responded quickly to my original email then rang to confirm arrangements. I was most impressed with Oricom's customer service, through Sam - especially these days when sooo many companies are slow to respond & then show little interest in solving customers legitimate complaints/concerns/queries. Many thanks Sam & Oricom.”

“My experience with Oricom was very good indeed, my handheld radio failed after 4.5 years, (with very little use) the speaker failed, it could receive but not transmit. Oricom replaced it with a spare unit that they had even though it was past the 3 year warranty.”
