Sam helped me solve the issue I was having with my Oricom TV7400. She responded quickly to my original email then rang to confirm arrangements. I was most impressed with Oricom's customer service, through Sam - especially these days when sooo many companies are slow to respond & then show little interest in solving customers legitimate complaints/concerns/queries.
