10 out of 10 for customer support Something strange and intermittent is happening with my TPMS and the folks at Oricom are bending over backwards to help! I wish after sales support was as good from all other vendors!

I contacted Oricom because one of the radios I purchased would not work due to a faulty battery.The customer support lady Janet Salama handled the enquiry with a cheery demeaner and was very professional and assured me a replacement battery was on its way to me. I live in Western Australia so I am still waiting for the battery. I found it very easy to deal with Oricom.

Product: BSM888X (Best Battery Monitor on the market!) Oricom Customer Support: Daniel Issue: Non responsive product, just out of Warranty Outcome: Daniel displayed exceptional customer skills in listening to my concern, assisting me in a friendly, caring and reassuring manner to overcome the issue successfully all while keeping me informed continiously on the progress of the matter. An exceptional, outstanding example of orivcom's dedication to providing brilliant customer service!!

I dealt with Bobbie Cable from customer support when I was unable to make the AC charger charge my new hand held UHF CB unit, and she posted a replacement part very promptly in order to help me out. As it turned out the unit wasn’t faulty -it was my mistake as I was trying to put the AC cord into the headset jack. I have subsequently returned the whole replacement unit today and she has been extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend her and Oricom highly enough.

Purchased a baby monitor. Within a few days off using it I detected it was faulty and did not do what they claimed it would do. After several phone calls and ignored emails regarding a return of the product they have informed me regardless if it is faulty I have to pay for return shipping (no reimbursement) and potentially a $15 restocking fee so I’m out of pocket $30+ for a defective item through no fault of my own. Their customer service is shocking too. Would not buy another Oricom product and will sing it from the rooftops.
