I dealt with Bobbie Cable from customer support when I was unable to make the AC charger charge my new hand held UHF CB unit, and she posted a replacement part very promptly in order to help me out. As it turned out the unit wasn’t faulty -it was my mistake as I was trying to put the AC cord into the headset jack. I have subsequently returned the whole replacement unit today and she has been extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend her and Oricom highly enough.
