I had issues pairing the device with the Safetyeye App, I contacted the Customer Support Team, Where operator Bobbie Cable went out of her way to help. She exhausted all of the normal steps & offered a new unit to be shipped. I was to provide proof of purchase. Then asked to return my Wirless Reversing Camera back to be inspected. All very reasonable requests . After receiving an Email from her & while starting to conform to her instructions, She rang me back. Clearly even after our lengthy earlier conversation, in the back of her head she was not satisfied with the outcome. She then asked if I had performed a particular step after turning phone off & back on ? Which the last time I had not . After joining the network for the last time, Bingo we had a connection ! Brilliant ! Nothing wrong with the camera ! So far I have only set camera up for an internal view of caravan ready for travel. Love the 180 Degree adjustment ! Wanting to maintain view of inside while travelling over corrigations is my main concern as I have had drawers open before. I have also seen Youtube clips where people open their van after corrigations & the entire contents of the fridge is on the floor, for hours maybe? Who knows ? I can also see the potential for other uses. Very Very Happy !
