Hi I was amazed at the support Oricom gave me after I purchased 3 Oricom UHF radios , I only had them for a week when I dropped one and the screen went funny and only showed half the information on the screen , I rang Oricom to see if it was possible to fix it and they said they would replace it even after telling them I dropped it .... a new one came in a few days , their only request was that I send the broken one back once I received the new one and I am sending the other one back immediately and thank you very much Oricom. ....
