Purchased the Oricom UHF 2200 Single Hand Unit. Found it easy to use and good for offroad travel connecting with our party. Unfortunately the unit had a small defect (rattle inside), so when we arrived home contacted Oricom and was immediately sent a replacement. Customer service was very helpful and made it quick and easy to get a replacement and return the defective unit. Thanks
