A company who stands by their products and if there are issues, rectify it immediately. I had an issue with my monitor not staying on, they called me a number of times for help. On calling their number for advice they were quick to run me through troubleshooting. Once we got to the issue on the phone they confirmed they would send out a replacement and received it within 2 days. It’s a breath of fresh air to have a company who strive on great service and don’t make excuses for faulty products and instead rectify it ASAP. Great after sales service with Sam helping me.
