Purchased Oricom Trade Bundle Pack: DTXTP600 from Amazon. One of the batteries was faulty. Amazon wanted the full product returned so I called Oricom directly instead. Love an Australian based company! Received outstanding service from Janet at customer support. Received a new battery in the mail two days later!!
