I made an enquiry regarding my UHF antenna. The customer support officer was extremely helpful and supportive. I was asked to perform several tests, to which the results were inconclusive. I offered to send a photograph, as I believed this would be of assistance. The offer of a photograph was well received and upon inspection, the officer did not hesitate to offer a replacement antenna. To say I was pleased with this is an understatement. No lenghty back a forth, simply a replacement. Awesome service, one which other companies could learn from. Thanks so much
