The staff (Bobbie) was excellent.
The new unit has a faulty button and so we have been unable to use it.
Bobbie has coordinated a replacement unit for us as we are traveling.
Hopefully when we swap the units and we attempt to use it, all will be fine!
Appreciate the diligence of the service.
