Problem with TPMS on recent long trip. Rang oricom. Phone answered promptly. Staff went patiently through my problems. I forwarded my original invoice as well as a photo showing multiple sensors failing. With 30 minutes return call saying new item will be sent. Has arrived and perfect. Response from oricom staff IMO was excellent. Would happily recommend to anyone.
