The phone call to Oricom was answered within moments of dialing. The my enquiry was dealt with professionally and very quickly. Recieved a replacement baby monitor the next day. In summary my problem was fixed with a minimum of fuss.
Because of this great after sales experience I will return to the Oricom brand when next I have need for any of their products.
