I was lucky enough to get through to the most helpful and polite staff member, Janet. I love my Oricom baby monitor it truly is the best brand of monitors, I have tried many throughout the years and nothing compares! I had a minor issue with my current monitor and it was quickly fixed by the amazing Janet! Great customer service should always be appreciated and I look forward to buying more Oricom products in the near future. Thank you Janet and Oricom
