Amazing service from oricom, my first time using the service, i was spoken to by janet salama who was fantastic in assisting me with my issue. She told me how to reset my device that was not working and ordered me a new one express post, the service was outstanding, she was patient with me in trying to reset it and went above and beyond in helping me get a new device ! i had a great customer service experience.
