I have had two recent purchases and am pleased with the efficiency, coueteousness, and timing/shipping of the items. One was a writing desk which arrive in perfect condition and on time. The other was an ordered item which arrived broken at your facility so was unavailable. I was offered immediately alternative choices at discounted costs.
