My trashcan/planter came well packaged and protected. It’s arrival was prompt and on schedule. While awaiting the order, I sent a question to Customer Service and that too was quickly answered. My item is beautifully painted and solidly made. I am using it as a waste can and it is a classy accent to our traditionally furnished den. Overall, this was a pleasant buying experience and I was immensely satisfied.
