Bought an item as a Birthday Gift. It was never sent, and found out 13.5 months later when Oriental Trading was doing an internal audit. They proceeded to say a refund could not be processed to anything but the old credit card, which was now no longer valid. So of no help to me. The customer center is very responsive and polite but can't resolve issues outside of their mandate. Go to Amazon, don't waste your time.
